On June 14-15, 2023, a representative of the Ukraine Investment & Trade Facilitation Center visited the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2023 in Warsaw, Poland

 

Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit is a TOP 20 conference for women in IT and Tech. In 2023, 11,400 people from more than 80 countries took part in the conference

 

Within the framework of the conference, the WomenINTrade EUA web platform and the main results of the project were presented, including successful cases of women entrepreneurs who scale their activities to export markets

 

Executive director Iryna Tytarchuk also participated in various areas of the conference:

- inspiring speeches by speakers - more than 50 speakers and leaders from around the world

- job fair - more than 50 stands, a job board, company representatives and additional materials informing about recruitment in various global companies

- mentoring sessions - more than 200 mentoring sessions with experienced top managers of leading IT and Tech companies

- workshops and specialized seminars - more than 60 workshops and 40 specialized seminars in the areas of IT and Tech

- networking - expanding the professional network of contacts for further cooperation

 

The main trends and insights of the conference:

- growing popularity of Reverse mentoring

- forming a circle of people who support ideas and are ready to implement them

- the need to form a diversity & inclusion team to create common values

- IT development directly regardless of the company's activities

- support and expansion of women's rights

- formation of partnerships and cooperations for further development

 

Our team continues to research and analyze the directions and experience of women's development in the world with the aim of its further use in Ukraine!
