What are the benefits of applying the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) in your company?
To understand what it is, how it works, and how to put it into practice, we're launching the initiative "Empowering Women in Business", where you can learn more about the benefits and specifics of implementing WEPs in full-scale war and recovery, as well as establishing and developing partnerships with other companies and public organizations in support of women.
Areas of activity within the initiative "Empowering Women in Business":
- Training on the implementation of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) is a 3-day training and training manual to help
- Roadmap for developing partnerships to support women's economic empowerment
- Workshops "Synergy of cooperation of business and public organizations to improve the situation of women in Ukraine" to share experience and spread the best practices of Ukrainian business in support of women during a full-scale war and reconstruction
- Preparation and publication of stories of successful implementation of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs)
Participation in training and networking meetings will help establish and develop partnerships with companies, business associations and public organizations to achieve gender equality and economic empowerment of women.
Representatives of private companies, business associations and civil society organizations can take part in the project. Registration will be open for each individual field of activity
The implementation of the initiative "Empowering Women in Business" is carried out within the framework of the Project "Transformative approaches to achieve gender equality in Ukraine", which is implemented by UN Women with the financial support of the Government of Sweden in cooperation with the Office Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine
