ITFC Supported Student Teams to Participate in ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law

ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law training session - the first public event of ITFC – was held on March 5 in the premises of the American Chamber of Commerce. Teams from Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Kyiv-Mohyla Academy presented their positions on this year's case with solid arguments and, according to experts, demonstrated high readiness to regional rounds of the competition. 
 
Renowned experts, namely Natalia Mykolska, Counselor at Sayenko Kharenko, Olga Usenko, Editor-in-chief of the Unkrainian Jornal of Business Law, Andrew Zablotskyi, Senior Associate at Sayenko Kharenko, Professor Andrew Omelchenko, Head of Department at Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, and Clint Martin, Trade Commissioner at the Canadian Embassy to Ukraine, analyzed teams’ arguments and shared their advices.
 
"We believe that this training for students carried out by the experienced professionals specializing in international trade, will be a good incentive and inspiration to win the European regional competition" - said Yulia Osmolovskaya ITFC Executive Director.
 
The teams will participate in the European regional rounds in Bucharest, Romania on March 11-15 and in Halle, Germany on March 23-27. ITFC also funded the registration fees for the Ukrainian teams.
