Ensuring gender equality in companies contributes to the increase in productivity and the growth of trust in the team, as well as the career growth of male and female employees. The Empowering Women in Business initiative aims to promote the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs). The goal of this initiative is to coordinate the efforts of private companies, business associations and non-governmental organizations in the implementation of initiatives aimed at expanding the economic opportunities of women.

 

Today, there are 33 companies in Ukraine that are signatories to the Principles of Women's Empowerment, including JDI Integrations.
