Online Trade Mission to the Kingdom of the Netherlands for Ukrainian food producers was conducted by the USAID Competitive Economy Program (CEP), Ukraine Investment & Trade Facilitation Center (ITFC) and State Institution «Export Promotion Office of Ukraine» on September 21-25, 2020. Restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, prompted the organizers to transform the event and hold it online, which is happening in Ukraine for the first time

I've just moved into new premises, so I am currently rearranging production. The most important thing for me are the quality products I use; natural butter, Belgian chocolate, almond flour, fresh eggs — everything you'd feed your own child. These sweets turn out to be a bit more expensive, but my clients know they are buying high-quality products for their families.

ITFC completed a research “Multisector Market Study West Ukraine” for the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ukraine

In early August, 2018, the Ukraine Investment and Trade Facilitation Center (ITFC) completed its research “Multisector Market Study West Ukraine”. The research was carried out at the request of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ukraine and included an analysis of economic attractiveness and investment potential of seven regions of West Ukraine (Lviv, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lutsk, Rivne, Zakarpattia regions) with a view to identifying opportunities for potential cooperation between Ukrainian and Dutch companies.

The purpose of the study is to raise interest of the Dutch companies to do business in West Ukraine and therewith contribute to the private sector development of the region.

On June 25, 2018, in Ternopil, with participation of Ed Hoeks, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Kyiv, there was held the Netherlands-Ukraine Business Forum “Cooperation with the Netherlands” and “Production and processing of vegetables, fruits and berries”. Dutch companies and their official representatives in Ukraine working in the fields of plant growing, animal breeding, food and consumer goods industry, energy efficiency, and service industries, etc., participated in the Forum.
